Best Colleges for Women's Volleyball

Women's volleyball is a very popular sport to play in college, giving prospective athletes a variety of options. That being said, competition can be tough and recruitment begins early. Full scholarships are only available to those playing Division I volleyball. If playing in Division II it is more likely you will receive a partial scholarship. Division III schools do not offer scholarships based on athletic ability, thus this might be a good option for students who wish to focus more on academics.

The women's volleyball season is in the fall with NCAA championships held in December. Consider your ability, as well as the time you wish to commit to the sport when making your college decision. Students who begin research early have the best chances of finding a college that's the right fit for them.
